Design Coordinator

Patty joins our Pace Building team as our in-house designer. Patty has operated her own design company for many years and now brings her expertise to our custom home clients.

Patty is originally from Virginia but has called Charlotte home for many years. She enjoys traveling, skiing, the beach, and has a true gift of baking and Southern hospitality. Patty has three adult children and is enjoying her first granddaughter.
