Pace Development Group has announced they will soon begin construction of a new community of upscale homes in Fort Mill. Named Nims Village, the new neighborhood will feature 65 single-family homes built by two of the Carolinas’ favorite homebuilders – Saussy Burbank and Evans Coghill Homes.
According to Pace Development Managing Principal, Brian Pace, “Home styles in Nims Village will be perfect for our beautiful South Carolina setting just over the state line with direct interstate access to Uptown Charlotte. We want to make the neighborhood a showcase of fresh modern farmhouse style designs, as well as ‘homestead’ elevations and interiors inspired by the simplicity of houses built by early homesteaders. The community will be developed among the mature hardwoods surrounding historic Nims Lake and will embrace the natural history of this beautiful region of Fort Mill.“ . . . [ read more ]
