We are native Charlotteans and we are family. Two generations of Paces have led our team through the crafting well over 20,000 home sites and residents for other families in our area across the Carolinas.

The entire team at Pace believes safe job sites and best safety practices is job one for all of our team members. Creating a safe work environment starts with training and all Pace team members have the OSHA 10 Certifications needed.
