This beautiful new custom home recently won an MAME Award for Best Outdoor Space and was a finalist for Best Custom Home. Located in the Melody Woods subdivision in Charlotte's storied Myers Park neighborhood, it features a swimming pool and gorgeous outdoor areas, in addition to loads of custom details inside. Pace has completed several other custom homes in Melody Woods, where we are also the developer.
Pace Development Group recently completed this unique, chateau-inspired amenity center at Chateau Meadows, a Lennar community in Charlotte. Originally a personal residence for former Springs Industries Inc., executive, Walter Y. Elisha, the property was built in 1987 and stood empty for many years. This French country home was reimagined into a modern-day community clubhouse.

Pace Development Group recently partnered with Lennar Homes to create a unique, resort-style amenity center at Tree Tops, a new 55+ active adult community in Lancaster, SC. Nestled along a 10-acre lake, we've reinvigorated the cabins of a former summer camp to provide residents with a collection of community amenities, each in their own cabin. Perfect for entertaining, the Celebration Cabin features large lakeside deck and outdoor fireplace. Other cabins contain a library, post office, exercise studio, business center, billiard room, arts & crafts center, sewing room, and card room. All but one of the ten comfortable cabins was a renovation of an original building, and we built one new cabin to match.
Pace Development Group has announced they will soon begin construction of a new community of upscale homes in Fort Mill. Named Nims Village, the new neighborhood will feature 65 single-family homes built by two of the Carolinas’ favorite homebuilders – Saussy Burbank and Evans Coghill Homes.
According to Pace Development Managing Principal, Brian Pace, “Home styles in Nims Village will be perfect for our beautiful South Carolina setting just over the state line with direct interstate access to Uptown Charlotte. We want to make the neighborhood a showcase of fresh modern farmhouse style designs, as well as ‘homestead’ elevations and interiors inspired by the simplicity of houses built by early homesteaders. The community will be developed among the mature hardwoods surrounding historic Nims Lake and will embrace the natural history of this beautiful region of Fort Mill.“ . . . [ read more ]
