Katie Blair joins the Pace Development team with over fourteen years in Property Management and holds a Property Manager License in the state of SC.  Katie has worked for multiple management companies such as Greystar and Morgan Properties.

Katie moved to the Charlotte area with her family at a really young age, so we claim her as a true Charlottean. She is a dog mom of two Belgian Malinois, Loki and Kane, and a lab mix named Cas. In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, watching Panthers football, and finding ideas to decorate her house.
